Groups on the work items
I think if we had the ability to create a sublist under work items it would simplify building appointments for our teams. For instance every move out we do for a property management company has the same expectations so if I could build a work order group called "move out" and then add in each item in a subgroup then I could just quickly add in all of those types of appointments without dragging a million little tabs over every time I add a new appointment
example:
Move out
-oven
-fridge
-cabinets inside and out
-dishwasher inside and out
-etc etc etc

Hey Ashley, just a recommendation until this is implemented. Our teams are trained to know what's included in a moveout, a post construction, maintenance, etc. So typically what I do is just use a work item called "Move In/Out" and then if we have specifics that aren't "normal" (adding garage clean, or maybe more of a mess in some areas) I will just write a quick appointment note about that. We also have typical expectations written in the client notes for our property managers, which covers most all the basics. Hope this helps!
