Hourly rates rather than fixed fees per client

My clients all pay hourly (except for some of my Airbnbs). Some have massive houses and we do between 6 and 20 hours (with 2 to 4 people working simultaneously) of cleaning depending on the visit and what's needed. I also have clients at different hourly rates (based on when they became my clients and how often/recently they give referrals. Even the subcontractors I use for things like repairs all get paid and billed hourly. This seems like a huge hole in what seems to be a decent app. Thanks!!!!
