Implement Grade of Cleanliness Option
When a client adds the number of bedrooms & bathrooms, maybe add a place where they can choose how often those areas are cleaned. & have that be a way to dictate the estimated cost of the clean itself. I find that to be the most frustrating part of having a client book their own clean, because we don't know how "clean" those areas are.
Thus providing a "flat rate" for those areas isn't going to reflect the reality of how long it's going to take to clean/cost...
