Amar Ghose: Hi Amar, I should have clarified. I'm not referring to having support help me process a CSV file to get started. I'm talking about being able to do that on my own, or ideally being able to set it up to happen automatically on an ongoing basis. We add new leads and clients all the time, and hopefully all your other customers are doing the same. We add them to Google Contacts because our business phone is an Android mobile. I imagine most cleaning service owners typically use a mobile of some kind. As far as I'm aware, there is no way for me to quickly and easily call a client via the Zenmaid mobile app (unless I have an appointment with them already), or connect my Zenmaid contacts to my actual Phone app. So, I need those new clients added to Zenmaid in real time, or an easier way to copy that data over than by having support help me each time. Or for Zenmaid to work directly with my phone app in a quick and easy way. Thanks.
@tom-hodges-alkemi-clean-greensboro: You will not be able to upload on your own at any point because every time a ZenMaid user messes that up our team has to clean up the mess (we did this in the past and it was not sustainable) With that being said you will be able to do what you're looking for from the mobile apps here shortly. We're working on owner functionality now.
Okay, just seems odd that there is not a "upload" option for the user...Why do you make us send our client contacts to you to upload? I don't really see that as a curtsy, quite the contrary actually...
