Important Note - Hover over
It would be good if for some appointments where there are VERY important notes there is this option to add a 'star' (or some sort of symbol) to the corner of the booking on any view so you can hover over it and check the information. It may be that you need to reiterate it to your team. I have some clients who are either very ill themselves or have have ill people in the house they are caring for. Therefore there are some extremely important points that the cleaners must and must not do. I know you can add in notes or tasks but we use the tasks already quite a lot and the more we use this the more the screen gets filled up and cant see it all - unless i go and buy a 42" display/TV screen

Funny story - we added this in when we did our big redesign at the end of 2017 and let's just say it caused serious issues. Literally the worst we've ever experienced. With that being said this is a very good idea and we're in a much better position to properly do this for you guys. I will talk to the team :-)
