Improve Pipeline Options
Rather than only allowing for four customer status options, I feel it would be beneficial to allow the user to create and add options to the pipeline beyond lead, one-time customer, former customer, and recurring clients. It makes sense to allow for there to be options within the lead status, such as "needs a follow-up", "contacted", pending, not interested, etc., so we, as owners, can decide how we want to label them in our customer database. I also feel that it would be beneficial to create an option while in the customer list, to be able to bulk edit several customers' status, from lead to say, former customer. It would save time and money for the business to not have to go into each client separately.
