Inactivate Customer/Contact

Would like to be able to inactivate customer/ contact as opposed to delete them. Some customers leave only to return later. It is a nuisance to have to re-enter all their information but I dont want to have them cluttering up my contact list either

I think what the issue is that ZenMaid offers it but by default when you go to Customers it shows "All Records" this would be a really fast change it to "All Customers" by default. I would also like a change to All Customers so that One-Time customers after a few months they change to former customers automatically.

you can already do this. click on the customer in the schedule - hit the actions drop down button - hit manage reoccurring service - hit the actions drop down button - hit inactivate. It will inactivate all future appointments
