Include Start date and Lead date in export of customer!!

Please allow the customer custom field start date and lead date to export when exporting customers. This is very important infomation. Those two fields are already built in the the new customer form. Also the reports lately are so incredibly messy. Tabs do not lined up with info in columns and random info is exported.
