Independently adjust times on an appointment 2 or more cleaners are working on

Rather than making several appointments for 1 clean which then potentially emails client conflicting information, it would be useful to make one appointment and be able to independently adjust times for each cleaner. For example I have a deep clean in which 5 cleaners will attend - 2 will start at 9am, whilst the other 3 arrive at 10am due to having another clean prior to this one. Also on regular cleans if one cleaner needs to finish early for an appointment I would like to schedule the other for additional time, but creating 2 appointments is more time consuming and may confuse the client if they get 2 reminders for different times - currently the workaround is using the clocking in/out for payroll but then it doesn't show correctly in the scheduler which may cause me issues later on if I book another appointment in.

Appointments must have set start times and end times. We can not provide what's requested here without creating two appointments in the system unfortunately :-(

Amar Ghose after searching and finding this thread I must ask… in regards to the set appointment start and stop time that’s fine. What I was wondering if we can just set individual assigned times for the techs. The client will still see the appointment start and stop time. But I’d love for my techs who have stages start and stop times to be able to see their individual assigned time and for their partner to see, that “Alice won’t be joining for two hours”. Otherwise techs assume there will be two. On the clean and don’t realize their partner is arriving a few hours later then them.

its as though you have read my mind!!! because sometimes 2 cleaners attend a clean i cant then use the invoice or pay system as it all goes wrong as they are based on 1 cleaner only attending !!!!
