Integrate MaidPath training into ZenMaid
Since MaidPath appears to already be owned by or connected to ZenMaid, my request is to integrate it directly into the ZenMaid platform instead of leaving it as a separate tool.
The need: cleaning companies need one place to manage employee onboarding, SOPs, training videos, quizzes, checklists, policy acknowledgments, and role-specific training paths. Right now that usually lives outside ZenMaid in tools like Trainual, Google Drive, paper checklists, or scattered videos.
What would make the integration valuable:
- MaidPath accessible directly inside ZenMaid
- Training progress visible on cleaner profiles
- Built-in onboarding paths for new hires
- SOP/training modules by role or service type
- Quizzes or acknowledgments so owners know training was completed
- Connections between training, appointment checklists, must-read notes, and cleaner profiles
- Mobile-friendly access for cleaners in the field
- Owner/manager progress tracking and reporting
The big caveat is the UI. MaidPath needs a major design refresh before it becomes part of ZenMaid. The current experience feels dated, almost like it was made in the 1990s. If it is integrated, it should feel modern, simple, mobile-first, and visually consistent with ZenMaid.
This would make ZenMaid much stickier for growing cleaning companies because training, operations, scheduling, checklists, and staff management would all live in one system.
