Yes! This is what I am asking for which got moved under the topic "Bulk Invoicing." I want to mass select the appointments from list view, for a selected time frame. Select "invoice" under bulk actions, and the system pull all the data from the appointments and auto populate a statement/invoice with (date, time of service and charges) to provide to a customer. Having to invoice from one appointment, fill in all the service dates with charges and then also go back through each appointment after the first listed, and mark them as $0 while also inputting what invoice # it is tied to is a huge time killer! Not efficient.
Has there been any progress with this since 2020? we invoice our customers monthly, for multiple jobs, and it would be a huge time saver if i could select the various jobs within the month and a monthly invoice would populate. please advise if there is any update yet?

I completely agree and voted already, I'm new to zenmaid but this is crucial for us. We have lots of offices, some 1h daily... I can't be issuing them 30 daily invoices, every day as they will go mad at me. One, monthly invoice listing all the jobs is what we need. Hope tech team can sort this out please
that would be great to have for clients that u clean weekly but only invoice monthly. just would be nice if the unpaid balance transferred over in the invoice with out u having to manually do it urself
I would also like a invoice to state all cleans, dates and balances on 1 invoice. With a 100+ clients I can NOT copy and paste all of them, it ridiculous. And when I do reckon i would like to put a date next to cleaning date, when payment was made. I've been told its not easy for tecky people to do, but why do other providers have it?
Here the same, we have a client with weekly service and he want Invoice per month. Will be great if you think about that option too :)
Same here. We have AirBnb properties that we need to invoice at the end of the month for the entire month.

You could almost keep the same format...and with all of the customers unpaid cleanings you could click on the bulk task for invoicing and it would include all of the days checked. one invoice with multiple lines of services. (from 2-20)
