Invoicing & changes that need to be made or adjusted after sent to client (like adding a tip)

Hi all; I LOVE this system but having a slight issue with invoicing then needing to add a tip after the customer has paid. When I try to add a tip or change the service charges after and invoice has been sent, I need to get your support team to make the adjustments. Can you perhaps look into this? I am sure I am not alone.
