It'd be great to have more statistics
We would like to have more reports, like hours worked on a certain period, average hours by appointment, average hours per cleaner per appointment.

I'd love a report for each client - an overall estimate of how long we spend cleaning their home. To know if we need to up their rate at all.

Rebecca Jones: Combined that with (man hours / rate they pay) so that we know which exact customers that can be targeted more precisely and without doing the math on our own.

Reporting that allows me to see the pattern of appointments and reveal data if I’m under/over staffed etc...
I like the clocked hours per customer and cleaner report, but wish that you could include how much the clients are paying so that we can more easily determine if we are spending too long at clients homes/ charging too little. Even better yet would be if it could calculate the labor cost by man hours worked/amount payed.
