Late Fee and Previous Balance
It would be helpful to have a "Late Fee" line and Previous Balance line (with a space for a private side-note that only the owner can see) included in the breakdown of each Client's Amount Due.
Many times, I need to make a private note to myself after marking an appt. as paid.

Yes, but maybe leave the box blank so we can enter our own title for the extra charge. We have a "lockout" charge, for when a client fails to leave the key. or forgets to be there for the cleaning and we can't get in.
