Yes please this would be great. My employees want it so bad. Just a second clock in and out box per appointment would be nice

Lunch/Break button and Switch (to the next customer) button are needed. Also, it is very convenient when the app has a pop-up bar on the lock screen while clocked in or on lunch for easy access to the time clock. For this, check out how it works below. Switch button we use to switch from one customer to another without clocking out. You clock out only at the end of the work day. The app calculates the mileage, so it is very convenient. I can show how it works if someone on your team would like to see it before implementing it. I took screenshots for all of you to see how convenient this is. Thank you!

Alina Terzi: Thank you for these details, they will help us with designing a solution once we get here. Unfortunately it's not that we don't know what to do, it's that actually doing it is very very difficult. We will make this change but it's not a simple one. It will require a lot of planning before we spend a lot of time actually developing it :-)

Special love goes to the customization of the colors in so many areas of the software - I am such a girl and this is so important to me 😁 Thank you for this. I don't doubt that you know how to do it. If they figured it out, then you can do it for sure :) I was just showing the details and screenshots of specifically this way of doing the clock. My team and I also tried Yoba way of keeping time and it was a struggle. In Yoba they have a general time when you clock in for the day and clock out at the end of the day. Plus you have to clock in and out for each job. Then, when you go fo lunch you have to clock out twice and then clock back in twice. My employees much more prefer the other. That Switch button makes life much easier. I have tried a few Softwares and now I can compare and see what worked best. I want what the best for ZenMaid. I will be praying and waiting for your amazing team to create this option 🙏🏼 Thank you so much for always replying so quickly!

Definitely agree! When I look back on how long jobs have taken I’m the past I can’t go by zenmaid, I have to pull timesheets from paper files or take notes on every clean, or figure out the cost and divide, all time consuming, this would be so useful!

Usually we fine with lunch as we fit it between houses, but on big jobs it is a problem.

Yes, as stated above. I have made this as a work around BUT.....I wish I could take it out off the notifications for the employees so they don't get a text everyday that says "office" "break" or "lunch"

This! I recently had one of my girls take over a 6 hour clean solo, and I told her she could clock out and take a 30 min lunch if she needed to. She did, but when she clocked out and back in for lunch, it completely erased her original clock in time, and only listed the time she clocked back in and when she clocked out when she was done. I almost missed it when I was doing payroll, but I noticed it wasn't enough hours for the job and was able to figure out what happened and fix it.
This is so important! I know I’m paying for their errands and break times because it’s impossible to be able to clock out and back in
