Make appointment window appear at all times

Here are two things that are currently annoying when working with ZenMaid: 1- you have to click on the appointment to "initiate the appointment details window". For me the appointment window should be there constantly. Like a second tab within the page to help you have details about the appointment handy all the time. 2- The appointment details window lays on top of the calendar and sometimes you can't see what's behind. Please see picture. You have to open the window just to be able to see the whole page.
