Make customer confirmation email more modular than wordy

I signed on for zenmaid after being impressed by my gspca provet software appointment confirmation email. It is similar to yours but it is more modular, meaning they can click to Cancel etc. Rather than is being just typed. People don't like to read and the confirmation email is quite wordy, even though the content is necessary. I can't share a screenshot here but you can test it out by making an overseas call to GSPCA Grenada, and making a fake appointment over the phone with any number (real or fake) and a true email, and you will see what mean. I prefer that type of email for my cleaning customer. After the appointment, their summary form is also great and it allows to give feedback immediately via that form. THAT is the singular reason I began to research cleaning business software tonight, and unfortunately, zenmaid starts feedback one day after which is a bit late for me. Thanks. God job though
