Merging Contacts
It would be very helpful to have the ability to merge contacts/profiles for the same client.
For example, when a client completes the credit card authorization form, they may use a different email address or spell their name slightly differently than what is listed on their original profile. When this happens, the system creates or assigns the card information to a separate profile instead of attaching it to the correct client.
This makes it difficult to manage client cards and, more importantly, to confirm whether a client has actually submitted their card information later on down the road.
It would be great to have the ability to either:
*Merge two client profiles into one
*Select which existing client profile the card information should be saved to
*Move card information from one profile to another
Any of these options would make managing duplicate client profiles and confirming card information much easier.
