Move a confirmed booking to archived

I use the booking form for quote requests instead of an actual booking, and in order to get The info from Zenmaid into click up it needs a trigger event so I have to confirm the booking in order to have the automation I have set up with Zapier to pull customer information over to click up into my leads tracking folder. If the prospect doesn’t hire us, I’d like to be able to clear the prospects info from the confirmed booking folder in zenmaid as well.
