multiple appointment reminder option

Adding multiple appointment reminders. I like to send a 3 day reminder to let my clients give me enough window to move appointments around if their schedule changes. Then another text a day before to let them know that they need to do what they feel they need to do in order to prepare for our visit. Finally have the OMW text on the day of the appointment as a get dressed courtesy.

This is now live! You can set up a second appointment reminder, by email, SMS, or both, with the same configuration options as your primary reminder. It's off by default, so head to your reminder settings to turn it on. Marked this as completed.

For now the best way to accomplish this is to use 1 email reminder and 1 text reminder. We'll see in the future if we can add another text reminder for you and others :-)

Yes please, I have to deal with customers who forget the date! Sending more than one reminder would be very useful, for example the first reminder on the day of the cleaning, and another one two days before the next cleaning.
