Multiple platforms

I am currently having to use both zenmaid and connect team for my cleaners. And I would love to be able to just use zenmaid. If zenmaid can offer a way to be able to just upload files to my cleaners and not have to go through the whole process of making a new checklist or also being able to chat with them on Zenmaid would be great. Just kind of like a team feature where you can set up different chats for supplies, etc.
