Multiple reminder option

I wonder if you are likely to have the option of sending multiple reminders? I have clients whose appointments vary visit to visit so it would be helpful to send an appointment reminder/notification a few days before offering an appointment window, and then another reminder again the evening before offering more specific times. Any chance of having this option available?
