Need discounts, coupons, etc. to be reflected in notifications emails

If i have a service charge of $100 but input a coupon of $25 - I want the amount client will owe to show in notifications (appt reminders, etc.) as $75 "from reminder Your price for your appointment is: {{appointment.balance}}" the amount here should be $75 not $100
