Give an office manager access to the schedule without actually showing up on the employee list or at least have the option for having the office manager in the employee list

I would like for my field supervisor to see all the jobs on the schedule without all the extra things such as booking form notifications etc. Just need them to see the schedule and where each employee is on each job. Just the schedule and nothing else.
