Payroll
Our company pays revenue share and an hourly rate. Residential vs commercial jobs. Some employees work both sides. However, in payroll we are only allowed a default rate per employee. So, if my employee who is set up under revenue share works a commercial job and clocks in at 10:03 am and clocks out at 11:48 am...it's a bugger to figure out. First of all, I have to $0 out my commercial job (and that creates a whole new headache), then I grab my calculator and try to figure out how many hours and minutes she worked (and hope i get it right) and multiply that by her hourly wage and then add it manually into Zenmaid...and times this by all the commercial jobs we have in a two week pay period. It's a pain in the drain!!
