Personalised Automated Emails

Can I set up automated notifications but personalised only for customers paying in Cash pls? Is that possible? Also is it possible to be included what they owe in the automated reminder? As these who are commercial they are receiving monthly Invoices and they are paying monthly - no need to bother them at all. But the cash payers always forgot to leave cash? If you add that option would be amazing?
