Predefined Cleaning times

We should be able to set the amount of time in a clients file how long that it takes to clean there home. Then when they are added to the calendar. That time is automatically entered on the calendar rather then having to adjust the time every time a client comes back. It would make life easier if times only had to be entered once in there file then changed later if needed in there client file.
