Zillow OFTEN has incorrect information, as do many if not all of the real estate sites. I check them out before going to my estimates and often find that the bed or bath count is off, or that there's a new 400sq ft addition that isn't included in the Zillow info. Not saying it would be bad to have the option to pull that data, but there's zero guarantee that it's good info.
