Reason for Canceling
When we go into the calendar and select an appointment, under the "Active" tab we can select "Cancel". Which brings up a pop up that you can notify the cleaners and customer that the appointment has been cancelled. It would be awesome if we could take that one step further and let the office put in the reason for cancellation.

Also, when recurring service is altogether cancelled, offer a field to input the reason for cancellation of service. Allow that field, as with all fields, to be exported.
