Track when a client refers you to a new customer. Ability to see who is referring you the most. And to apply discount, once new client books with you.

I second this request. As an option under Marketing Source, there should be one for Referral which then allows for conditional formatting to put the name of the client who referred you in order to send them a thank you note. I'm surprised ZM doesn't already have this built in as an option.
