Reply to Text Message
Feature allowing clients to reply to texts.....Company would receive text replies through email.

Unfortunately this is not an option at the current time. Making this happen would require individual setup for each customer by our team as well as increasing costs for both us and ZenMaid customers (you) as you'd be required to take on a separate expense (not any additional fee/charge by us). If these situations change (which they should over time) we will revisit this as an option for everyone :-)
No problem, Amar. I figured as much. We just edited our default text stating with “no reply text” so our customers are aware. We love ZenMaid. Have a great day! Kari
