Revenue share percentage of total sales

Hi there, I have a question about commission pay. I know I can set my staff members up to get commission pay for all of the jobs that they physically worked, but can I request commission pay for ALL jobs worked across the board for an employee? My head team leader takes a percent of all jobs on the schedule. Thanks!
