Send alert for pre-defined job status

if we could have some sort of flag/marker or notification for first time cleans/clients. I need to be aggressive in my follow ups for these first timers and I often overlook them.

yes!!! an alert the day after a first time appointment would be awesome! I also usually send a follow up about two weeks later letting them know it has been two weeks and urging them to book again. I know you can do this via email but if I got a reminder I would rather send a text with a personal message that relates to the customer. (like hey cindy, I hope your babyshower was wonderful...)
