I'd like for our clients to know who is coming to their house, as we do not have the capability to send the same cleaner each time.

This is limited by the number of characters in the text message. You can try to add your cleaner's names to your texts (contact support) but we do not recommend it as if it goes over the character limit no text will be sent. This is not something we can change.
