Send invoice reminder
This would be a good feature and come across more polite rather than just resending the email.

I second this one, previous software that we were using sent up to 4 invoice reminders once past due at configurable times. Almost never had to manually follow up on invoices because of this.
Yes, I agree, a friendly reminder email would be nice.
