Send Text/Email Actions from appointments - new format
The new way of sending email from Appointment is more complicated than before. In the past, we choose 'Actions' and can directly choose which template to choose from. Also, it is default to be sent to SMS, if we don't need it, we have to uncheck it. The template won't preview automatically and if you want to change recipient, you need to click the 'pencil' in order to change it. In the past, the check box of receipient is directly below the template, which also automaticaly genarated. It's much time-consuming, and for appointment confirmation which needs to be sent manually (as the schedule is constantly changing until before the week), the amount of workload increased is unimaginable. Can we go back to the old format?
