Simple Estimate Fix (Full Name)

There's nothing more impersonal than sending an automated Estimate or other email and having it start with, "Hi, Jane Doe". Please fix the code so that it only uses the customers first name, not their full name. Fixing every email on our end can be tedious. A simple code fix could be a huge time savings over the course of a year. Thanks!
