Special Notes on Appointments

It would be very helpful if our employees could receive an alert when there is a special note attached to an appointment, since it happens infrequently. Also, if the office manager could receive an alert when an employee leave a special note, that would be great. Thanks for considering!

Maybe that note should be sent to employees by text message the together with the appointment notification
