texting customers
i want the option of ZenMaid or I to text my customers when I choose.

Yes!! Or at least for us to be able to see the text chat. The customers are already receiving text message notifications and we are unable to see those. I had a client tell me she tried to give me the heads up that she needed to change her upcoming appointment by responding to the text notification phone number and I never received that message. I would love for this history to be viewable on the customer tab.
