The new email recipient function is more complicated - more clicks
In the past if I send an email, I just directly choose which template to send, and once the email windows pop up I can choose whom to send (myself/customer/another office email), now we have to open the email to edit before we can see the checkbox. I don't understand why you make this even more clicks and complicated. One email with a few more clicks imagine each day you may have to send out a number of those emails - how much time is wasted?
