Time Tracker & Time Tracker Report
Two timers:
-Start and end of shifts
-Countdown timer for jobs
1. A shift clock in and out when an employee starts and ends their shift with a timer totalling hours and minutes being worked. This will help with taking into account travel time as well as the jobs etc.
2. When you clock in for a job, it would be handy to have a count down timer so an employee can keep an eye on how long they have left on the job.
3. For the above, the number whilst working within the allocated time could be coloured green, and once the employee and/or job is over running the time allocated, the count down timer turns red and shows how many minutes the employee or job is running over by
For example a 90 minute job will count down in Green...90, 89, 88 all the way down to 0. Once the timer gets past the number 0, the number turns Red and starts tallying the total number of minutes the employee and/or job is over running by 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and so on.
- Time Tracker Report
A Time Tracker Report, with the ability to be filtered, to help with payroll, also identify recurring issues and help with employee performance reviews etc. This could include the following:
-The time allocated and actual time worked for the Employee's shift and Jobs.
-The time and financial differential data ie. how much time the employee or job was under or over time compared to the allocated time incorporating the green and red colour coding as above to continue the theme from the time tracker
-Any notes left by the employee regarding a particular job. This could help to identify why an employee and/or job was under or over time at a glance
