Total revenue

Hello. I have just examined my revenue figures against what has actually gone through the bank as there is 20% more on Zemaid that actual cash. Investigating this I have found that the the issue is with a customer that I invoice monthly. The system is taking the monthly bill value plus the values of all the other appointments for that month so is in essence double counting them. Can I change the settings so it only totals invoiced and paid balances on appointments as more customers will be going on monthly billing and I don't want such a vast discrepancy in the numbers?
