Track customers who frequently cancel their regular appointment
Recurring clients who frequently cancel become an issue. They waste valuable time of our cleaners who can't take other jobs. Once you have a certain number of clients it's hard to keep track of clients who are serial cancellers.
It would be great for Zenmaid to be able to send a report once a week or once a month with a list of customers who have cancelled and how many times they cancelled.
We can then take action and decide whether we should drop those regular clients.
