Urgent & Last Minute Notes
When an employee clocks in, add a pop up if a new notes or a note is marked urgent. The cleaner then has to click OK before clocking in. This way notes are seen.

this would be huge.. we have a lot of regular clients which our techs are familiar with.. they hardly look at the notes. so when one of these clients adds a service or makes a request we have to send a text to the tech letting hem know to check the notes. a popup would be awesome to let them know a NEW note was added
