Work Item Lock button

In my work items list it would be nice if we can lock these items for say like a standard clean we would click all work items we want and then whenever we create a new customer we can just click from a drop down say something like Standard clean would have a list of items that we choose for standard and then deep cleaning same thing and move out same thing and if we need to add items we can just adjust as additional items or whatever
