Zip Codes
Add customer zip codes to appointment box instead of a phone number. This helps when trying to efficiently schedule teams in areas or zones. For example, in the vertical dispatch, appointments are listed by team and time. It would be helpful to have a quick view of the customer location so we can efficiently route our teams instead of having to open the customer profile. I feel like the zip code would be more useful than a phone number.
