Must-Read Notes: make sure cleaners never miss critical instructions

• Mark any note as "must-read", and your cleaners have to acknowledge it before they can clock in — so lock codes, pet warnings, and VIP requests never slip through.

• Paired with Property Access info, entry instructions and key pickup reminders show up right in the cleaner's mobile app when they need them. Set it up on any customer or appointment note.
