Management Requests

I spend so much time re-sending invoices. Can we get invoice reminders? I also charge a late few after 2 days of invoice going unpaid. Is there a way to add on late fees automatically? This would be helpful as I am looking at other options for invoicing that have these features.

Or at least give the option to add that info BEFORE the only option of "converting to a lead"/creating the contact because it makes my other automations(using trello for workflow) almost pointless because I have to manually enter all the relevant info twice. Not sure if I'm missing a way to do this because it seems a little strange that it only transfers some of the information like name/phone/address but not the other info like # of beds/baths/sqft etc.

It would be very helpful to see who made changes to appointments. That way I can go directly to that user to answer any questions I may have.

It would be really helpful to offer a contract or terms and conditions template to your list of templates or even as an online form for new clients to agree to before service starts. When setting up each client account it would be really helpful to have an alert or checkbox to ensure this is completed/returned ...

Need a section on the customer profile to see all the texts and emails sent to that customer, like email estimates, so we don't have to search through today's text and email to find it.
